TL;DR

Marketing Partnerships Manager (Web3): Expanding the network of KOLs, influencers, and strategic marketing partners to grow the hirify.global brand awareness with an accent on relationship management and campaign execution. Focus on managing end-to-end influencer projects, negotiating budgets, and organizing offline events for key industry players.

Location: On-site in Taipei or Singapore, or remote within the Asia time zone

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a high-impact network of KOLs and influencers to increase brand awareness.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with consumer brands, sports brands, and entertainment companies.
  • Collaborate with the content team to research and design relevant campaign materials.
  • Manage full-cycle influencer marketing projects from conceptualization to execution and reporting.
  • Identify target KOLs and negotiate budgets for short-term campaigns and long-term partnerships.
  • Organize and manage offline events for key influencers and partners.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and trading.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to cultivate partnerships and support the growth of influencers.
  • Experience negotiating with KOLs, agencies, and marketing partners.
  • Must be located in Taipei, Singapore, or be able to work within the Asia time zone.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of key players in the crypto industry or related fields.
  • Experience managing campaigns in the entertainment or consumer brand sectors.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign tracking tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
