What you will do

• Sustain manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for medical device assembly.
• Design sequences of operations and specify procedures for fabrication tools and equipment.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, including fixtures and inspection solutions.
• Investigate and initiate corrective actions for machinery and tool deficiencies to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate on manufacturing processes requiring statistical process control and data analysis.
• Provide technical guidance to operators and leads regarding line performance and specifications.

Requirements

• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Baccalaureate degree in an engineering or related field.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Plymouth, Minnesota.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR Part 820) or ISO 13485.
• Exposure to process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) or equipment qualification.
