What you will do

• Lead workstreams for Commercial Strategy engagements and new business pitches.
• Translate complex scientific, clinical, and market information into clear strategic implications and client-ready outputs.
• Execute market assessments, competitive foresight, and secondary research synthesis.
• Manage primary research activities, including interviews, advisory boards, and workshops.
• Develop strategic scientific narratives, value architectures, and evidence generation plans.
• Build strong client relationships and identify organic growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare strategy/consulting, pharma/biotech, or medical communications.
• Degree-level qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or similar.
• Proven ability to independently synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Experience working within multi-stakeholder healthcare environments (clinicians, patients, payers, policymakers).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
