What you will do
- Answer patient questions about products and services via text message, email, and phone calls.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Resolve patient complaints by identifying the right response and strategy to fix issues quickly.
- Maintain records of patient interactions, process patient accounts, and file documents.
- Assist doctors with requests related to specific patient issues and questions.
- Provide excellent support to internal teams and external customers.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience in a remote environment.
- English proficiency must be C1 or C2 with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, email tools, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work platforms at once and prioritize work with minimal direction.
- Must have a personal computer and reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Availability Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST is required.
