Focus on reducing friction by tracking clinical and administrative requests (e.g., prior authorizations, prescription/refill coordination, and FMLA/documentation) while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-through.

What you will do
- Respond to patient inquiries across phone and messaging with clear, accurate, timely communication.
- Provide compassionate support focused on patient satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and helping patients onboard.
- Coordinate and track clinical and administrative workflows to minimize delays, including prior authorizations, prescription/refill coordination, and FMLA/paperwork requests.
- Document patient interactions accurately for follow-up, case tracking, and continuity of support.
- Identify recurring patient issues and share feedback to improve workflows and service quality.
Requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing support role (e.g., behavioral health, digital health, telehealth, nursing admin, pharmacy, insurance, or similar).
- Comfort communicating by phone and messaging while navigating healthcare workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as scheduling, insurance, pharmacies, and documentation.
- Calm under pressure with empathy in sensitive situations; able to manage multiple conversations without missing details.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication.
