What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for field clinicians via Slack, phone, and Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot real-time operational issues including technical problems and supply logistics.
• Communicate empathetically to build trust and resolve field challenges.
• Escalate complex issues to Market Operations or Clinical Managers.
• Document field challenges to identify patterns and drive process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc operational projects and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 1+ year of experience in operations support, customer service, or healthcare administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Looker, and Zendesk.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings or weekends.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in healthcare or startup environments.
• Background in support centers, dispatch, or field operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
