What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, ensuring advanced analytics solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead client leadership across a portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Drive profitable account growth and retention through strategic planning and identification of incremental opportunities.
• Translate complex marketing effectiveness and econometric insights into impactful stories for non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and inspire the Client Success team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring adherence to operational excellence and robust quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client success, consulting, or marketing analytics.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling and econometrics (ROI analysis, attribution, model interpretation).
• Proven ability to manage enterprise portfolios and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one analytics environment (R, Python, or similar).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics).
• Must be based in London and able to work in the office 4 days per week.
