What you will do

• Oversee social commerce services, including affiliate programs and TikTok Shop storefront strategies.
• Develop and roll out scalable social commerce playbooks and strategies to drive profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shopping.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and host monthly Commerce Trends All-Hands meetings.
• Manage 1-2 key commerce-driven accounts to apply real-time insights and refine service offerings.
• Implement AI and automation tools to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven track record in scaling product quality and maintaining consistency across business divisions.
• Experience rolling out new service advancements, specifically leveraging AI and automation.
• Deep expertise in managing relationships with digital platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and TradeDesk.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Mexico.
