What you will do

• Execute and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and X.
• Develop and optimize channel strategies to meet user acquisition targets (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
• Analyze the full performance funnel from ad impression through install, activation, and conversion.
• Implement and manage a structured A/B testing framework for creative assets.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure assets align with audience messaging.
• Leverage AI tools for creative production, copywriting, and campaign performance analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns in a UA or growth role.
• Proven experience in B2C App acquisition.
• Hands-on expertise with paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Strong analytical mindset for converting performance data into optimization decisions.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in LATAM.
