What you will do

• Design and implement sophisticated CMOS transceiver and SERDES circuits.
• Perform design verification using industry-standard tools like Spectre and MATLAB.
• Develop analog blocks including PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, regulators, and amplifiers.
• Conduct lab testing to evaluate prototype units against design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Define and implement best practices for high-quality IC design.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• MS in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience or PhD with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience designing mixed-signal circuits such as ADCs, DACs, and PLLs.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Proficiency with IC design CAD tools including Spectre, Spice, Matlab, and Verilog.
• Proven ability to perform lab testing and prototype evaluation.
