What you will do

• Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
• Design end-to-end workflows and detailed interactions for disruptive new DeFi products and features.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with international cross-functional teams to define initiatives and represent the user's voice throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor designers across the organization on craft, quality, and design processes.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to make informed design decisions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for design decisions.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and experimentation techniques.
• A diverse portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products.
• Understanding of the React framework for Front End development.
• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops or design sprints.
• Experience working with distributed teams across various offices and timezones.
