Group Design Leader (Fintech)

What you will do

• Translate complex company strategies into compelling visual stories for internal and external audiences.
• Lead the creative direction for flagship experiences, including major internal conferences and external industry events.
• Design internal brand touchpoints to foster an inspired, high-performing culture and deep employee engagement.
• Scale world-class design for global workplace environments, employer branding, and corporate responsibility efforts.
• Mentor and lead a diverse team of designers across graphic, UX, and experiential disciplines.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence how the company narrative is communicated at the highest levels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of design leadership experience within internal brand teams and external agencies.
• Extensive track record in leading creative production for large-scale in-person events and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage, recruit, and grow diverse talent, including leading other people managers.
• Exceptional ability to pitch strategic design approaches and translate big ideas into tactical execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines for multiple stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, California
