What you will do

• Build data visualizations, automated reporting tools, dashboards, and presentations for Operations.
• Develop predictive models to forecast and manage call center growth needs.
• Run statistical analyses to identify process optimization opportunities and quantify intervention impact.
• Maintain and define operational metrics, monitor risks, and support revenue growth measurement.
• Perform exploratory data analysis on call center behavior, trends, and opportunities.
• Acquire, clean, and pipeline data from multiple sources; schedule queries and data refreshes; coordinate research requests and deliver timely outputs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years working with large datasets using SQL.
• 3+ years using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query M for reporting and data visualization.
• Proficiency with Python and/or R.
• Experience building data pipelines using Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, AWS, or an equivalent stack.
