What you will do

• Book court reporters for depositions using specialized scheduling tools.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships and connections with court reporters.
• Proactively track assignment deadlines to ensure transcripts are delivered to clients on time.
• Educate court reporters on internal processes and promote operational best practices.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to advocate for the reporter experience and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of legal experience and/or court reporter experience.
• Experience owning and managing a regional scheduling process.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11 am to 8 pm PT.
• High level of organization and ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle sensitive information with discretion.
