What you will do

  • Execute facility management activities and corporate support services across all Canadian sites.
  • Develop and deliver preventative and corrective property maintenance plans in coordination with landlords and managing agents.
  • Manage appointed suppliers, monitor contractor progress, and evaluate performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, security, vendors, and consultants.
  • Oversee health and safety activities, ensuring compliance with property legislation and authority demands.
  • Coordinate facility projects, including leasehold and landlord improvements, to minimize operational impact.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in facilities coordination and workplace management within a multisite corporate office environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases and landlord/tenant relationships.
  • Experience with statutory compliance, professional health & safety, and fire risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and FM management systems.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Recognized courses in project management or office management.
  • FM-related qualification or accreditation such as FMP or CFM.
