What you will do
- Execute facility management activities and corporate support services across all Canadian sites.
- Develop and deliver preventative and corrective property maintenance plans in coordination with landlords and managing agents.
- Manage appointed suppliers, monitor contractor progress, and evaluate performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, security, vendors, and consultants.
- Oversee health and safety activities, ensuring compliance with property legislation and authority demands.
- Coordinate facility projects, including leasehold and landlord improvements, to minimize operational impact.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in facilities coordination and workplace management within a multisite corporate office environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and landlord/tenant relationships.
- Experience with statutory compliance, professional health & safety, and fire risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and FM management systems.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support hybrid work.
