What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office management and facilities-related needs in New York.
- Manage relationships with workplace vendors, including contract oversight and performance management.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, expense tracking, and first-response IT troubleshooting.
- Coordinate the visitor experience, including seating, food and beverage, and safety compliance.
- Support the global coworking platform and ensure alignment with international hubs in Mexico City and London.
- Plan and execute in-office events and activations to drive engagement in a hybrid environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in office management or workplace operations.
- Must be based in the USA with the ability to provide in-person support at the New York hub.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort with workplace tools like Jira or Navan.
- Experience managing vendors, external partners, and office safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with a client-service mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with office setup, such as lifting up to 20 lbs.

- Experience in a media agency or dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools to streamline operational workflows.
