Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Reno, NV).

Salary: $91,500–$122,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic customers to become a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive retention, adoption, and long-term growth.
  • Analyze customer performance metrics and operational trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead customer onboarding initiatives to ensure rapid realization of business value.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally across Product, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate account health and engagement data within Gainsight.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer relationships.
