VP, Finance (AI Services)

What you will do

• Own the Americas P&L, including revenue trajectory, EBITDA performance, margins, client health, and investment decisions.
• Lead monthly planning cycles, variance analysis, rolling forecasts, CBU scorecards, annual budgeting, and quarterly reforecasts.
• Identify margin compression risks and drive profitability improvements through pricing, staffing optimization, and SOW restructuring.
• Partner with North America SVPs, Sales, Delivery, and CBU leaders on investment cases, resource allocation, deal structuring, and pricing.
• Oversee Global FP&A reporting, consolidated P&L materials, board decks, and forecast infrastructure.
• Manage two Finance Business Partners and mentor the wider finance organization toward proactive business partnership and executive-ready storytelling.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in professional services, consulting, technology services, or AI/data firms.
• At least 5 years in a VP, Senior Director, or equivalent finance leadership role.
• Experience owning a $100M+ regional or business-unit P&L with accountability for forecast accuracy, margins, and profitability.
• Advanced proficiency with financial planning systems such as Prophix, Anaplan, or Workday Planning, plus knowledge of bill rates, utilization, burden rates, and ASC 606.
• Strong executive communication skills, including presenting financial results and recommendations to C-suite and board-level audiences.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred; equivalent FP&A leadership experience is accepted.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Prophix or similar cloud-based performance management platforms.
• Experience with M&A integration, post-acquisition financial management, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience transitioning finance from reactive reporting to proactive business partnership.
• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting a matrixed organization across geographies.
