What you will do

• Serve as the primary financial business partner to the NA leader, owning the Americas P&L and investment decisions.
• Lead monthly financial planning cycles, including variance analysis, rolling forecasts, and executive reporting.
• Drive profitability improvements by analyzing client margins and recommending pricing and staffing actions.
• Manage and mentor Finance Business Partners to foster a culture of proactive insight generation.
• Oversee the Global FP&A function, ensuring consolidated reporting and forecast infrastructure scale with the business.
• Represent finance at the executive table, presenting performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in professional services, consulting, or technology firms.
• Minimum 5 years in a VP, Senior Director, or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience owning a $100M+ regional or business unit P&L with accountability for forecast accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning systems such as Prophix, Anaplan, or Workday Planning.
• Deep understanding of professional services economics, including bill rates, utilization, and ASC 606 compliance.
• Excellent executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Prophix or similar cloud-based performance management platforms.
• Exposure to M&A integration and multi-entity consolidation.
• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting a matrixed organization across geographies.
