What you will do

• Manage assigned projects and deliver work according to schedules and deadlines.
• Draft, review, and update technical documentation with a high level of precision.
• Coordinate communication across teams to maintain clarity and alignment.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in engineering, sciences, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, including qualifying co-op or internship experience.
• Strong technical writing, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work at the West Point, Pennsylvania location and deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in biologics, vaccine, or bulk sterile manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with deviation management investigations, change control, and root cause analysis.
• Experience using SAP or Power BI.
