What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders within a mid-market portfolio.
  • Act as the dedicated primary point of contact for day-to-day engagement and end-to-end issue resolution.
  • Drive commercial performance by meeting agreed volume, revenue, and activity targets.
  • Increase product adoption through proactive cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  • Identify early warning signs of dissatisfaction and lead recovery activity for at-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer portfolios and hitting retention and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, growth, and renewal.
  • Experience using CRM systems and performance reporting tools to track risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and behavior to identify growth trends.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Swindon office.
