What you will do

• Scale the affiliate program targeting mid-to-top of funnel partners across the US, UK, and Europe.
• Build and manage editorial, newsletter, and media partnerships to reach the core audience.
• Create creative briefs and high-converting hooks in collaboration with the production team.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to align strategies and improve outcomes.
• Forecast, track, and report on publisher and program performance for internal stakeholders.
• Establish partner infrastructure and go-to-market approach for a new brand program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate or partnerships management.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels while hitting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Strong creative instincts for writing briefs and identifying content hooks that convert.
• Proficiency with tracking infrastructure, including postbacks, pixels, and UTMs.
• Experience with tools such as Impact, Looker, Superset, and Jira.
• Must be based in Europe (specifically Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, or Poland).
