What you will do

• Architect and build large-scale AI infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and deployment of AI models.
• Define platform standards for distributed training, inference, and model lifecycle management.
• Design scalable systems across compute, storage, networking, and orchestration layers, including GPU clusters.
• Drive performance, reliability, and cost optimization for AI workloads at scale.
• Collaborate with AI Science and business units to translate requirements into robust platform capabilities.
• Mentor senior engineers and set technical direction for scalability, reliability, and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in AI Agent and RAG engineering solutions.
• Proficiency in Microservices/API development using Java/SpringBoot, Python, or Langchain.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading, distributed architecture, and messaging frameworks like Kafka.
• Experience with various database solutions, including vector databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI models or multi-agentic AI systems.
• Background in high-frequency trading, fintech, Web3, or crypto platforms.
