SW Engineer (AI)

Location: Singapore; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Build agentic solutions using advanced LLMs from Anthropic, OpenAI, and other providers.
• Develop deep learning solutions for real-time transactions at 100K+ TPS and petabyte-scale data volumes.
• Design, build, and test scalable software products and services for commercial payment products.
• Develop microservices and modern web applications with strong scalability, security, maintainability, and reusability.
• Contribute to product reliability improvements, operational flows, automation, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Test, DevOps, and Agile-Scrum teams on design artifacts and technology pilots.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technology-engineering discipline.
• 1–2 years of software development experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, C#, C++, Go, Python, Scala, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Experience with Agile development, full SDLC, microservices, HTTP, REST, JSON, and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git-Stash, Maven, and Jenkins; exposure to Kafka, CI/CD, deployment automation, logging, and monitoring.
• Ability to work from the Singapore office at least 3 days per week. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience developing agentic solutions with Cline, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of large-scale data analytics and statistical modelling.
• Experience with GenAI coding and modern backend, frontend, testing, or DevOps technologies.
