What you will do

• Lead vendor engagement to establish the foundational AI platform for China business units.
• Develop and deploy end-to-end AI/ML models and applications, from data exploration and prototyping through initial deployment.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate requirements into technical specifications and solution architectures.
• Architect and implement scalable, robust, maintainable AI solutions integrated with existing systems and workflows.
• Transfer knowledge through documentation, training, mentorship, and pair programming.
• Evaluate advances in AI and machine learning and recommend tools, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or a related area, with experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions.
• Experience across the GenAI application stack, including LangChain, AgentScope, Dify, Amazon Bedrock, and Alibaba Model Studio.
• Expertise in RAG, fine-tuning, systematic model quality evaluation, and reliable GenAI systems.
• Ability to design and implement guardrails for AI safety, accuracy, and compliance, with strong Python and AI/ML framework skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, architecture, delivery, and mentoring skills.
