Product Owner (IBP)

TL;DR

Product Owner (IBP): Managing the product backlog and integration requirements for Integrated Business Planning solutions with an accent on aligning business processes with technical delivery. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into technical data and integration specifications.
• Collaborate with BPOs, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Support the full product lifecycle, including maintenance, testing, and release deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IBP, demand, or supply planning processes.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the o9 platform.
• Experience with SAP IBP.
