What you will do

  • Own the product backlog end-to-end, including requirements gathering, specification creation, and continuous prioritization.
  • Translate high-level roadmap epics into sprint-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
  • Partner daily with engineering teams to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure technical alignment.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Communicate sprint progress, delivery timelines, and risks to stakeholders and the Product Manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business/Systems Analyst.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS products is highly preferred.
  • Full working proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex needs into scalable solutions.
  • Proven ability to define clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and acceptance criteria.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with AI/ML or data-driven products.
