What you will do

• Lead discovery and analysis of complex business and user needs to drive the operational direction of the CaaS platform.
• Own and refine the Product Backlog, slicing Epics into Features and Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and facilitate sprint plannings, reviews, and retrospectives within a Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads, Architects, and senior stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and scalability.
• Define and validate analytics tracking across products and teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of product workflows, cross-team processes, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to clarify internal user needs.
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile environments, specifically Scrum or SAFe.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience in the education or EdTech sector.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture and multi-market SaaS products.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions, data pipelines, and data-enabled products.
• Knowledge of semantic metadata, taxonomy design, or learning content models.
