What you will do
- Define and lead marketing performance strategy and scalable execution across paid acquisition, SEO/GEO, websites, and lead nurturing & lifecycle management.
- Use AI to improve channel efficiency, targeting accuracy, and campaign performance at scale.
- Own the performance roadmap and drive a test-and-learn culture using structured experimentation frameworks.
- Lead Marketing Intelligence: performance reporting, dashboards, benchmarking, and customer/market insights.
- Define and evolve a single source of truth for marketing performance data and translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Set KPIs, attribution models, and performance metrics; partner with Sales & Products to enable end-to-end funnel visibility.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing intelligence or performance marketing.
- Proven experience leading high-performing marketing and/or analytics teams.
- Track record scaling marketing performance across multiple markets and segments.
- Experience with B2B marketing and complex buyer journeys (highly preferred).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with effective stakeholder management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on continuous improvement and experimentation.
