What you will do

• Lead and develop the EMEA Persona Marketing & Programs team, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Define and drive the regional GTM strategy for Line-of-Business personas (CFO, CRO, CMO, and Chief Supply Chain Officer).
• Build and scale Snowflake's Enterprise Architect motion across EMEA through targeted programs and thought leadership.
• Partner with ABM, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing teams to activate persona-based campaigns and account-specific plays.
• Lead Public Sector growth programs by driving execution rigor and scalable GTM motions for solution bundles.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business and technology narratives for executive audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or leadership roles within cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise software.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams while owning strategic business outcomes.
• Proven success in building persona-led GTM strategies that drive engagement, pipeline, and adoption.
• Experience developing messaging and sales plays for executive audiences including CFOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Must be based in London and willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) or ecosystem-led GTM motions.
