Location: Remote (EMEA)

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical and product expert for Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products within the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to demonstrate product fit, address technical requirements, and drive enterprise deals to completion.
• Design tailored technical solutions and architect product enhancements to maximize value for Tier 1 financial institutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and ensure feature readiness.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and webinars, engaging with audiences from engineers to executives.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, best-practice guides, and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in a solutions architect or similar role.
• Proficiency in development languages such as Typescript, Solidity, Rust, or Go, and experience with blockchain SDKs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles, including scoping and proof-of-value demonstrations.
• Experience working directly with Tier 1 financial institutions, ideally within EMEA.
• Understanding of enterprise security patterns, including SOC 2/ISO 27001 and secure deployment models.

Nice to have

• Technical understanding of digital asset custody, key management, MPC, HSMs, or multi-sig architectures.
• Working knowledge of staking mechanics and node infrastructure across major networks like Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana.
