What you will do

  • Identify and research target companies in assigned countries and monitor public/private tenders and RFPs.
  • Run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) and qualify leads using structured frameworks (budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • Arrange meetings with decision-makers and coordinate with senior hunters to progress deals.
  • Prepare customized presentations and support proposal/RFP preparation with cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, reporting, and structured sales execution.
  • Build local language communication bridges to support cross-border deal execution.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in IT services, software development outsourcing, or consulting, including sales support/pre-sales/inside sales/sales operations exposure.
  • Proven experience selling to enterprise B2B clients with long and complex sales cycles (6–12+ months).
  • Hands-on experience with RFP analysis, proposal preparation, and cross-functional coordination in a software outsourcing environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem and enterprise sales processes.
  • English: C1+ required and Bulgarian: C1+ required (or another Balkans language).
  • Located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
