TL;DR

Business Development Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth for an AI-powered operating system in the beauty and wellness sector with an accent on outbound sales, lead generation, and full-cycle deal management. Focus on building relationships with local businesses, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving consistent sales targets in the Greek market.

Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece

Salary: €21,500–€27,000 per year (70:30 base/OTE split)

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.
  • Present and promote products through engaging product demonstrations.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.
  • Provide market feedback on industry trends to help shape commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in a third language is required.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record in relationship building.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
