Salary: $300,000 - $355,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Build and lead a geographically distributed team of startup partners to influence senior decision-makers.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive Claude adoption across global startup markets.
• Establish and manage strategic relationships with major global VCs, accelerators, and incubators.
• Adapt partnership models to local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and data sovereignty requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and data science teams.
• Manage P&L and deliver on aggressive growth targets for the startup segment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience building and scaling partner ecosystems internationally.
• 5+ years of management experience leading high-performing partnership teams.
• Deep background in enterprise technology sales, specifically within cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses.
• Proven ability to influence at the C-suite level across diverse cultures.
• Must be able to work from San Francisco or New York City offices at least 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
