What you will do

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from initiation through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients to align expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Technology, QA, and Production.
• Track project health through budget management, risk assessment, and progress reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team collaboration workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in digital, creative, marketing, or technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Teams.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery frameworks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with global or enterprise-level clients in an agency setting.
• Experience on digital marketing, media, or customer experience (CX) projects.
