What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage milestones for market launches and expansion.
• Perform field research, app testing, and competitor benchmarking to improve user experience.
• Manage partnerships, assessing fit and guiding local teams on compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with product and CRM teams to track feature rollouts and drive product adoption.
• Analyze operational trends using SQL and AI tools to perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize marketplace efficiency by coordinating pricing and monetization initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Business Excellence.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and the use of AI tools for business insights.
• Experience in market research, field testing, and performance reporting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across regional and global teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in Malaysia
