What you will do

• Define first-party fraud typologies for conversational lending and execute data-driven mitigation strategies.
• Own repayment fraud and chargeback analytics for SNPL payments to identify trends and exploit loops.
• Manage key fraud metrics including fraud rate, false positive ratios, and chargeback-to-sales ratios.
• Partner with Operations to build, optimize, and scale automated block and manual investigation policies.
• Collaborate with Fraud and Data teams to refine ML models and orchestrate Taktile decisioning workflows.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance to monitor and report Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Fraud Risk Management within consumer lending, digital wallets, or BNPL ecosystems.
• Advanced skills in SQL and data manipulation using Python, R, or BI visualization tools.
• Experience working with modern decision engines such as Taktile, Provenir, or similar.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate complex patterns into business risks.
• Builder mentality with the ability to move from data insights to policy execution autonomously.
