Location: Remote (US), but must be authorized to work in the United States. Meeting hours are optimized for the Pacific Time (PT) zone.

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Translate life science research questions into technical analytical approaches and study protocols.
• Execute complex studies using SQL, R, and Python on a dataset of over 120M patients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer analyses, code, and notebooks.
• Guide customers on real-world evidence best practices, including bias mitigation and study design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate data quality and inform the product roadmap.
• Create enablement materials to help onboard new researchers to the platform.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship (e.g., H1-B, F-1 OPT) is not available.
• Degree in clinical research, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role delivering research studies.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Real World Data (RWD).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python for statistical analysis.
• Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets and distributed computing frameworks.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD) in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health economics.
• Experience with Spark, PySpark, or distributed data processing.
• Knowledge of regression, propensity score methods, and survival analysis.
• Experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications or conference abstracts.
