What you will do

• Manage the planning and execution of cross-functional projects within a matrix organization.
• Oversee project charters, communications, metrics, and reporting to ensure error-free delivery.
• Coordinate with functional disciplines and customers to establish and meet project completion dates.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential problems, and recommend effective solutions.
• Utilize professional project management tools to track schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Lead change control processes to ensure project documentation and production environments remain aligned.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be able to work onsite in Peoria, IL, five days a week.
• 8+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of decision-making processes, organizational leadership, and program management techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to identify root causes of problems and resolve them in a timely manner.

Nice to have

• PMP certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Experience with Confluence and Power BI
