What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution of finance transformation and strategic initiative workstreams.
• Design and deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions by partnering with Engineering and Finance.
• Drive successful execution of initiatives by managing workstreams and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop comprehensive execution plans across accounting, tax, and treasury.
• Partner with finance stakeholders and business leads to evaluate processes and scope solutions.
• Produce high-quality documentation and facilitate communication across all project phases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA certification or progress toward it preferred.
• Fintech industry experience, with a strong preference for a background in the crypto sector.
• Proven experience supporting operational and accounting processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment and manage through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a crypto exchange.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, FloQast, and Workiva.
• Experience working with backend transaction datasets using SQL, Python, Looker, or Retool.
• Big 4 experience.
