What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive engineering strategy aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end development and release of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring high-quality and high-speed delivery.
• Lead the transition to agentic development practices and implement an AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) to accelerate delivery.
• Enhance product scalability, performance, and reliability to meet the needs of a growing customer base.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and compliance departments.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high product standards and reduce defects.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of engineering leadership experience, ideally in the cybersecurity or identity industry.
• Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex software products.
• Experience leading the transition to agentic development and enforcing AI-DLC or comparable frameworks.
• Must be based in the US or UK; the company is not sponsoring visas at this time.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a Vice President or similar executive engineering role.
