What you will do

• Create and manage the full lifecycle of assigned technical and financial proposals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scope of work, project changes, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of submittal documents.
• Manage all project correspondence and notify leadership of schedule deviations or technical hurdles.
• Provide regular status reports and updates on proposal progress to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Technology (or 3 years of substation experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree in an engineering or technical related field.
• 3 years of related industry experience.
• General knowledge of high voltage substations and transmission lines.
• Experience with Epicor or other ERP software.
