What you will do

  • Provide immigration advice and facilitate work permits and visas for staff and guests travelling to Mauritius.
  • Coordinate relocation support and settlement processes for international staff moving to Rwanda and Mauritius.
  • Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop detailed travel itineraries and maintain accurate records in the Travel Tracker system.
  • Review travel expense reports for accuracy and resolve travel-related disruptions or emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with travel and immigration regulations and maintain up-to-date policy documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and Google Enterprise Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Location: Must be based in Mauritius
