What you will do

• Develop and execute a targeted annual recruitment strategy for fee-paying students in East Africa.
• Manage the full admissions pipeline from initial outreach to enrollment confirmation.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with international school counselors, administrators, and parent communities.
• Plan and attend recruitment events, including school fairs, visits, and virtual engagement sessions.
• Utilize CRM systems to track pipeline health, monitor conversion rates, and report on performance.
• Mentor junior team members and provide regional market intelligence to the Admissions Director.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in student recruitment, university admissions, or education-sector business development.
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets in international or private school markets.
• Strong existing networks with school counselors and administrators in East Africa.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, A-Level, IGCSE, and AP.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively within East Africa and occasionally beyond.
