What you will do

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across engineering and business operations using agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code to ensure reliable deployments.
• Refactor and harden prototype and AI-generated apps into secure, production-grade systems.
• Implement DevSecOps practices including dependency scanning, SAST/DAST, and vulnerability management.
• Design and troubleshoot APIs while partnering with non-technical teams to standardize their internal tools.
• Support compliance requirements and security testing workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role.
• Proficiency with scripting and development languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, or Java.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, pipeline tooling, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven track record of implementing security tooling and vulnerability management.
• Strong API design and troubleshooting skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2.
• Experience with SIEM tools.
• Experience with AI agent workflows or automation frameworks.
• Exposure to Terraform or Pulumi.
