Salary: $200,000 – $225,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure across cloud, data, and AI/ML systems.
• Own and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Drive multi-cloud initiatives including cross-cloud identity, networking, and data movement.
• Define platform standards for cluster architecture, security, scaling, and operational ownership.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to reduce developer toil.
• Partner with leadership to set technical direction and act as a multiplier for the engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on infrastructure and platform development.
• Deep hands-on experience with managed Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS).
• Strong Python skills for infrastructure tooling and backend systems.
• Must have hands-on experience operating production systems across at least two of AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience managing infrastructure across cloud boundaries including identity, networking, and failover.
• Comfortable with high ownership and ambiguity in an early-stage environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps and SRE practices like IaC and incident response.
• Security fundamentals including IAM, secrets management, and encryption.
• Exposure to MLOps.
• Early-stage startup experience.
