Salary: $154,000–$236,000 annually (base)

What you will do

• Develop the next-generation pipeline to build, release, and test hirify.global products and services.
• Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Run and support critical applications on cloud-native microservices architecture.
• Build tools with product security teams to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Design monitoring systems, plan for future infrastructure needs, and respond rapidly to incidents.
• Improve deployment best practices and execute major scheduled infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or SRE.
• 5+ years managing cloud-based services with AWS, GCP, or Azure (AWS preferred).
• 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi or Terraform (Pulumi preferred).
• 3+ years of production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong networking knowledge and ability to build and maintain complex networks.
• Experience with Linux and automation/testing mindset; ability to work effectively in a remote work setting.
