What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to local and regional clients to drive adoption and satisfaction of the gfknewron platform.
• Provide in-depth consulting services, delivering analytics and thought leadership to create business value for clients.
• Lead Joint Business Plan and Client Review processes, defining and tracking success metrics and ROI.
• Manage the end-to-end client relationship, including onboarding, training, and executing critical communications.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide user feedback on platform functionality and features to enhance client experience.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and coordinate leads with the Account Development team.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics.
• 1–3 years of experience in Market Research, Product Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in Home & Lifestyle, Consumer Durables, or Technology industries preferred.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Must be located in Singapore.
