What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and solution development for data center energy infrastructure from concept to execution.
• Architect scalable system solutions aligned with customer requirements and product roadmaps.
• Manage grid studies, modeling, and technical evaluations for interconnection and validation.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, utilities, regulators, and EPCs.
• Define control philosophies and sequences of operation for advanced grid-forming BESS projects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to shape market entry strategy and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of experience in energy storage, electrical infrastructure, or power generation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Proven track record closing complex, multimillion-dollar B2B transactions.
• Deep understanding of data center power requirements and enterprise electrical infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Experience with PSCAD modeling and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Deep knowledge of utility market design and grid services.
