What you will do
- Lead end-to-end organizational operations, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, R&D, marketing, sales, HR, finance, and product management.
- Build and empower a high-performing team of 140+ employees, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development.
- Drive financial and operational excellence by implementing group standards, monitoring performance, and addressing challenges to ensure profitability and customer service.
- Strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationships with customers, peers, authorities, and professional associations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies across labor, tax, quality, safety, and security.
- Support merger and acquisition growth activities, including investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and integration.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business or Economics.
- Proven track record in a senior managerial role with P&L responsibility in FMCG or related industries.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams while ensuring strong team cohesiveness.
- Strong strategy development and execution skills with a proactive, systematic, rigorous approach.
- Demonstrated customer engagement experience and passion for products and customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multi-geographical, international environment.
