What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s operations in the USA as main business owner, driving market growth and aligning with company strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Product, Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, Tech, Operations) for local execution.
• Ensure operational readiness for launches, campaigns, and process changes, monitoring service quality and risks.
• Provide market insights, translate local feedback into recommendations, and surface risks to global teams.
• Build local presence, partner with Marketing for engagement, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Country Manager, Market Manager, Operations Manager, or similar.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and execution in fast-growing or international environments.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of local market dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder influence, problem-solving, organizational skills, and high ownership.
• Strong communication in English and local market language (USA).

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, marketplaces, tech-enabled services, direct sales, or community-based businesses.
